This weekly support group at Deena Hitzke Counseling provides a safe, inclusive space to process life's challenges; from cultural and societal stressors, to personal adversity. Rooted in self-empowerment and compassion, we invite you to honor your emotions, build resilience, and connect with a supportive community. Special 4-Week Introductory Series:To welcome you into the space, our entire upcoming 4-week Saturday series is completely FREE to attend as a purely introductory experience. Dates: July 11, July 18, July 25, and August 1st. How to Join: Secure your spot by booking online right now or calling our office. Note: Free redemption is strictly limited to one introductory session per person so everyone has a chance to experience the group.
