Wise-Women Group
Wise Women’s Group group offers a welcoming and supportive space for women to slow down, reflect, and connect with others navigating similar life experiences. Through guided conversation and shared reflection, participants are encouraged to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a sense of belonging. Wise Women’s Group emphasizes authenticity, mutual support, and growth—meeting each person where they are while fostering meaningful community. This is a weekly gathering held Saturdays from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM.

Grief & Loss Support Group
Grief changes us. It can arrive suddenly or unfold quietly over time—after the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a version of life you expected. Many people feel pressure to “move on,” even when their body and heart are still deeply processing what was lost.
In grief work, we create space for your full experience—without timelines, judgment, or expectations. Using reminiscence therapy, somatic awareness, and reflective practice, we honor the bond you shared while helping you gently integrate the loss into your life.
Grief does not mean forgetting.
It means learning how to carry love, memory, and meaning forward in a way that allows you to keep living fully.
