Utilizing journaling, life story work, self-help workbooks, and psychoeducation, in addition to group cognitive processing therapy techniques, CIRCLES OF TRUST help people to gain self-control, insight, self esteem, and self confidence.

GUIDED INTEGRATIVE AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Based upon life review methods for alleviating anxiety, depression, and grief, this class engages participants in empowering reminiscence through writing, art, dance, music, scrapbooking, storytelling, reflective practice, and group processing.
CONNECTION + COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Based upon relational processing methods for improving boundaries, emotional expression, and connection, this class engages participants in building healthier communication through reflective dialogue, role-play practice, guided feedback, and supportive group discussion. This process encourages confidence, clarity, self-advocacy, and more meaningful relationships.

ANXIETY & STRESS RESTORATION
MINDFUL REGULATION + SOMATIC AWARENESS
Drawing on neuroscience-informed interventions, controlled breathwork, sensory tracking, and applied education on stress physiology, alongside guided emotional integration, this group helps individuals understand and shift their nervous system patterns. CIRCLES OF MINDFULNESS enhance autonomic balance, deepen somatic awareness, and support long-term regulation through body-centered therapeutic practices.
Utilizing cognitive reframing, mindfulness skills, relaxation techniques, and stress-management education, in addition to group processing and reflective exercises, this class helps participants reduce anxiety, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and restore emotional balance. These sessions support increased self-control, insight, daily coping, and long-term wellbeing.
