Service Description

This weekly support group, hosted at Deena Hitzke Counseling, provides a safe and inclusive space for individuals from diverse backgrounds to address life's challenges. Open to those facing political or cultural stressors, economic difficulties, health concerns, societal pressures, or any form of adversity, the group emphasizes grounding in self-empowerment and compassion. Participants are invited to explore the full range of their emotions (such as sadness or frustration) in a supportive environment, allowing them to listen to, and honor their own experiences. From this foundation, the group fosters growth, enabling members to extend their inner strength into personal relationships and the broader world with confidence. Life's difficulties are a natural part of the human experience, and openly discussing them promotes healing and resilience.
