For new self-pay clients, this is an initial 30-40 min consultation session to discuss your needs and goals. We explore how our approach can help you find balance and clear your mind before moving into deeper processing. Includes an introduction to our nervous system regulation tools.

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us or cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. If you need to cancel a session, please contact us or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions are bookable until 24 hours before the desired session time.
